Jason leads the company as President. Jason has a background as a senior level executive with experience in accounting, finance, banking and overall President/CFO/Controller positions. His vast experience provides an extensive knowledge in finance and accounting, cash and capital management, HR, IT and network security. His involvement includes operating small individually owned companies to managing and partnering in multi-million dollar corporations. Jason has spent over 25 years in the finance world working with companies in the automotive (both franchise and non-franchise), real estate, and retail industries. Jason has his MBA as well as a Master’s degree in Accounting.

In addition, he has been integrally involved with taking companies through transitions such as mergers and acquisitions. Jason’s values are based on integrity and honesty with a deep sense of transparency and loyalty. Jason has two sons, Grayson and Parker and is step dad to four daughters, Amber, Heather, Whitney & Shelby.

Carolyn runs the procurement, sales and facilities/operations for the company as Chief Operating Officer. She was in the restaurant/retail and service industry for over 20 years and brings the expertise of real estate, design, construction, facilities logistics, operations, procurement, people leadership and development and business development. She was an Executive Director at one of the industry’s top restaurant chains, Chipotle Mexican Grill. During her tenure at Chipotle she helped to develop a team of more than 180 members covering all US and international locations. She was responsible for all international development in US, UK, Europe and Asia. After more than 20 years as a partner with Chipotle, she retired and bought Colorado Wood Products with her husband, Jason, combining the talents of executive level management into a company that can provide solutions to a broad array of companies in the areas of industrial wood packaging, crating and specialty wood products.

Carolyn believes that “a person is only as good as the shoulders they stand on, so building people up is integral to any company’s success.” Carolyn has four daughters, Amber, Heather, Whitney and Shelby. She also is stepmom to Grayson and Parker.

Matt White is our company Operations Team Lead.  Matt joined the company as a teenager and has been with us for more than 15 years. Matt ensures that the plant is ready for operation prior to teams arriving for the day. He is responsible for managing our fleet of forklifts,  pneumatic tools and general mechanical systems.  Matt ensures all equipment is operating properly to ensure our team’s safety. Matt also oversees our fuel supplies and proper handling techniques. Matt assists in the fabrication of our most specialized crates and assists both the Production Manager and General Manager in overall plant support operations.  Matt has two little girls ages three and one.
